Welcome to the Assessor's On Line Database Search

The Assessor's office is pleased to provide a new on line search function that is now available.  I hope that you find this system to be user friendly and provide the information on real estate parcels that you are seeking.  The database is scheduled to be refreshed nightly so information will always be within one day of the Assessor's database.  This system continues to be free of charge.

We have made every attempt to assure that the information contained in this database is accurate.  In the event that you discover some discrepancies please notify the Assessor's office.  Sometimes data is displayed inaccurately due to the electronic transmission from one server to another.  The Assessor's office is not responsible for errors that occur whereby the data on the internet is in disagreement with the data contained within our database.

Once you click the link below you will be redirected to the property record card database. 

Search the Database

• Please choose the Property Records tab.
• Click on the agree box. 
• Enter a street name and click on the street to view a list of properties on that street.
• Allow a few seconds for the screen to fill. 

Advanced Search

• Click on Advanced search tab.
• Click on the criteria box and select from the pull down menu. 
• If you want to search by owner than you choose that option, enter the name, click on the add button, and click on the search button.

Printing

• Once you are in the parcel that you want to print.
• Click on the "Property Listing" name in the "Reports" box. 
• Click on the highlighted "GO" box.
