 Come to the library this summer, where our summer reading theme is Exercise Your Mind. This summer’s offerings will include exercising your mind and a whole lot more, thanks to the presenters and these fine programs!

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that creates a dynamic, exciting and motivating workout. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements combined with easy to follow dance steps.

Come and try kickboxing. This class is a sample of a complete upper and lower body cardio class, using basic martial arts and boxing movements to improve overall endurance.

A unique way to integrate mind, body and spirit, without force or competiveness. This class will incorporate a variety of yoga styles and practices. Attention is given to breath and proper alignment to promote a healthier lifestyle, relieve stress and increase strength and flexibility.
