Silver Sneakers/Renew Active Program

Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning September 22^th, 11:00am – 11:45am in the Auditorium

We are happy to announce that this popular exercise class is back with exercise expert Lisa Cappezone of Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness.  As in the past, registration is limited.  Sessions run for eight weeks at a time.  Class is free for Silver Sneakers/Renew Active members.  There will be a fee of $40/8-week session ($2.50 per class) for those who are not Silver Sneakers/Renew Active members.   To register call 860-665-8778.  Please note it is important to indicate if you will be taking the class as a Silver Sneakers/Renew Active member.
