On 2/03/19, at approximately 8:10 pm, Newington Police Officers responded to the Wings Over Newington restaurant located at 1044 Main Street for a report of a stolen motor vehicle.  Upon arrival, the officers were informed that a delivery driver’s vehicle was stolen while he was inside picking up food orders.  The driver reported that as he exited the restaurant, he observed his vehicle leaving the parking lot.

A description of the vehicle was relayed to other Officers and the vehicle was observed traveling northbound on Main Street.  Officers conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and identified three juvenile females as the occupants.  Two of the females were 15 years old and one was 16 years old.  Two of the females reside in Hartford and one resides in West Hartford. One of the females was also in possession of Marijuana.

The three juvenile females were arrested and charged with larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny, and a drug charge for the female in possession.  They were processed and turned over to the custody of their guardians.  All three juvenile females are expected to appear in juvenile court in Hartford on 2/8/19.
