   I realize this is a State of CT DOT issue and I have contacted them. Their brief reply was this has been previously been submitted. Anyone coming from City Hall or Library, etc. and trying to turn...

   I realize this is a State of CT DOT issue and I have contacted them. Their brief reply was this has been previously been submitted. Anyone coming from City Hall or Library, etc. and trying to turn left on to Willard knows why I'm posting this.

   We have a great complex there and I would like to see a great looking sign there as well. While I'm not a fan of the blue color even that would be okay if it just got a fresh coat of paint. Heck if it...
