What are the permit fees?
For work valued $1 to $4,000 the fee is a flat $50.
Beyond the $4,000 value, the value of the work is rounded up to the nearest thousand and multiplied by $11 per thousand.
Example: $5,000 = $55, $6,000 = $66, etc.
