What is the Towns credit rating?
The Town actually carries two credit ratings: one from Moody’s Investors Service is Aa2 and the other from Standard and Poor’s which is AA+. The Town's credit rating was upgraded in 2010 by Moody's Investor Services during a global re-calibration of ratings. The Town's credit rating was last upgraded in 2014 by Standard and Poor's Ratings Services based on the implementation of its local General Obligation criteria.
