Join the Friends of the Lucy Robbins Welles Library between September 1 and October 20 and enter to win a surprise giveaway – a Fall in Love with Reading Basket (on display at the library). Calling all children from birth through grade 5 who live in Newington! Apply for a library card at the Circulation Desk, then come to the Children’s Department to receive a free goody bag. For adults and teens - Sign-up for a library card at the Circulation desk. Then present it at the Adult Information Desk and receive a small gift. This drive is for new registrants only.

In-Person Coloring / Puzzle Get-Togethers

Every first and third Tuesday of the month, come to the library and socialize while coloring or working on puzzle packets. If unable to attend, coloring packets will be available at the Adult Reference Desk beginning on these days! Registration required. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library
