Brown Bag It with a Health Discussion Talk the Talk and Walk this May Thursday, April 30, Noon – 1:00 p.m.
Join students from the University of Saint Joseph to discuss proper snacking, hydration, stretching, and almost anything else related to nutrition and fitness. The Central Connecticut Health District will also be here to talk about the Walk This May Walking Competition, including enrollment, tracking, and a pedometer to any patron who requests one. Registration required.
