The TPZ will consider amending the LID (“low impact development”) regulations at the regular meeting on May 27, 2020. The zoning amendment would relieve commercial property owners from having to retrofit existing buildings and pavement. The subdivision amendment would alleviate subdivisions of fewer than five lots from having to comply with the LID standards.
