The Senior and Disabled Center is offering a new program to get you moving in the comfort of your home. Move to Improve is designed to increase strength and flexibility with support from staff to answer questions and keep you on track. Participants will receive a Fit Kit with instructions that are easy to follow and the program can be personalized to accommodate your level of fitness. The only thing you need to supply is a sturdy chair and a desire to move.
