[ARCHIVED] Exploring Disclosure of Mental Health in the Workplace

To qualify for this study you must:

Self-identify as Latina/o/Hispanic ** Be 18 years of age or older ** Speak English and/or Spanish ** Employed or  held previous employment ** Self-identify as a person in recovery of serious mental health concerns.

1. A 10-minute confidential screening during which the study will be explained, and where eligibility and level of interest in participation will be assessed.

2.  If  eligible to participate, a date and time will be scheduled for a 45 - 60 minute confidential zoom interview.

3. Participants will take part in a confidential individual zoom interview that will be audio/video recorded with participant consent.

4. Participants will receive a $40 gift card if they are eligible for the study and choose to voluntarily enroll.
