Just a final reminder to all owners of income producing properties that the annual Income & Expense Reports are to be filed with the Town Assessor’s office no later than August 1, 2017.

Failure to comply with this deadline will result in a 10% assessment penalty being added to your property assessment. Income & Expense forms are available on the Assessor’s page on the Town of Newington’s webpage.
