Annual Declarations of Personal Property will be mailed to all personal property owners on Friday, September 29, 2017. These Declaration of Personal Property forms, which have been significantly streamlined since last year, are due back to the Town Assessor’s office no later than Monday, October 2, 2017.

All business personal property used in the course of operating your business must be declared on these forms. The 2017 Declaration of Personal Property forms will be available on the Assessor’s page on the Town of Newington’s webpage, beginning right after Labor Day. All forms, whether submitted or not, are subject to audit by the Town Assessor.
