The Town Assessor has certified the 2018 Grand List which is a complete listing of all real and personal property in town as of the assessment date of October 1, 2018.

The total net taxable Grand List for this year is $2,640,574,930 which is an increase of $16,166,903 or .62% over last year’s total.  At the present mill rate of 38.50, this increase will generate approximate $620,000 of new tax revenue.
