[ARCHIVED] Wellness Wednesday: Mental Health Awareness Presentation

Kim Beauregard, LCSW President and CEO of Intercommunity, Jessica Collins, BSN-BC, LPC Director of Behavioral Health of HOCC, Bill Kania LMFT Director of Children's Outpatient Services-Wheeler Clinic will provide information on Mental Health issues for youth, those diagnosed with Substance Use Disorder, and Adults addressing questions such as Am I Mentally Healthy? What can I do to improve my mental health well-being? How are physical health and mental health interrelated? When might I want to seek help for myself or a loved one? What are common diagnoses including co-occurring use disorders? Additionally they will share stories of hope and treatment resources. 

Rik Huggard, Youth Services Coordinator will lead us in a FUNN(functional understanding not needed) activity to help break the ice and increase our comfort level.
