The library is fine-free with the follow exceptions:
- $1.00 a day for RAPIDREAD books, QUICKFLIX DVDs, AD Games (Adult) and J Games (Kids)
- $5.00 a day for Wi-Fi Hotspots Museum Passes, and Ukuleles
