Gentle Yoga

This is a very gentle yoga class with a focus on awareness, alignment and breathing as well as stretching and strengthening; suitable for anyone who wants to practice yoga gently: seniors, people recovering from illness, or others who want a gentle practice.  Great for reducing stress and increasing awareness.  Each class will begin and end with a brief meditation.  Please bring a sticky mat to each class.
