Permit Fees

 1) As of July 1, 2025, building permit fees will increase. The new fee rates for any value of work up to $3000 will have a permit fee of $50. If the value is over $3000, round up to the nearest thousand and the fee is calculated at $15 per thousand (Do not add in the $50 for the first $3000). Example: If the value of work is $3200, round up to $4000, 4 X $15= $60. 

2025 Building Permit fee schedule

Currently, any value of work up to $4000 has a permit fee of $50. If the value is over $4000, round up to nearest thousand and the fee is calculated at $11 per thousand (Do not add in the $50 for the first $4000). Example: If the value of work is $4200, round up to $5000, 5 X $11 = $55. 

2)  Zoning Permit application if needed is an additional $15.
