Newington Challenge Course is committed to the philosophies of experiential education and challenge by choice. Participants are encouraged to be involved at their own pace and comfort level. Our trained staff are certified to facilitate low or high element initiatives.
What is the challenge course?
It is a specially designed obstacle course with unique, progressively difficult skill building elements that stimulate group and individual development.
Types of Elements
High elements utilize climbing harnesses, ropes and helmets
Low Elements
0-9 feet above ground (belay not required)
High Elements
15-40 feet above ground (belay required)
In addition to low and high elements, there are plenty of open areas for large group games, small group initiatives, and end-of-the-day reflections.
