You may call the library at 860-665-8700, email the Library, to request an interlibrary loan from an area library, if materials are not available at the Lucy Robbins Welles Library. There are certain restrictions that apply regarding lending of materials by other libraries.  Libraries will not lend to other libraries: new materials or materials that are on waiting lists.
