Have your library card at the ready!

Your card must be in good standing with total fees owed less than $10.00.

Requesting: Call the Library at 860-665-8700 to request specific titles. There is a limit of 5 items per day. We will process all available items for same-day pickup.

Please wait until we notify you of available holds placed over the telephone or online. After you have been notified that your holds are waiting for you, call the Library at 860-665-8700 to arrange curbside pickup.

To process your items for curbside pickup, a staff member will ask for your library card number and the make and color of your car.

We will need 1 hour to process your on-the-shelf telephone requests and 24 hours to process your on-the-shelf online requests for curbside pickup.

Picking Up: No cell phone? Right before you leave home, call the Library at 860-665-8713 to let us know you are on your way here. Have a cell phone? Call the Library at 860-665-8713 to let us know when you are here. Have your library card or driver’s license with you to confirm your identity.

Staff cannot take any payment for fines owed at curbside. Fines may be paid at the Circulation Desk, another area library, or online.

Items may be returned in the outdoor book drop.
